1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites work efficiently, improve the experience, and provide information to website owners.

Optional analytics, cookies and session replay

Updated October 5, 2026. Essential cookies support your cart, checkout and privacy choice. Google Analytics loads on public pages and sends basic visit measurements without analytics cookies before consent and when you choose Essential only. These requests include page and referral information, time and browser information. Cloudflare also measures basic traffic without analytics cookies. Accept & continue, or enabling analytics in Settings, allows Google Analytics cookies and PostHog. Changing your choice or withdrawing consent in Privacy preferences stops analytics cookies and PostHog; basic measurements without analytics cookies continue. Choosing Essential only does not prevent shopping.

With your consent, these providers receive pseudonymous browser and session identifiers, public page visits and interactions, device and language information, referral and campaign details, and purchase or refund references, products, currency and amounts. Confirmed purchases and refunds may also be sent by our server with the identifiers from your consented visit. We use this information to understand the shopping journey, compare traffic sources and improve our store.

PostHog records a 10% sample of consented visits on public pages. Text, inputs and attributes are masked. Account, authentication, cart, checkout, order and other private pages are excluded, as are URLs containing query strings or fragments. We do not record payment details, console output or network request contents. Optional guide feedback uses fixed choices and a separate invitation.

When you save your choices, acceptance is remembered for 360 days and refusal for 30 days. If you make no choice, we wait 14 days after the first prompt before asking again on a later visit; analytics cookies, PostHog and advertising remain off. Visits do not renew these periods. Attribution records in your browser last up to 90 days; the session attribution window is 30 minutes. PostHog recordings are retained for 30 days. PostHog uses its US service; Google and PostHog may process data outside your country. Their policies explain their processing and retention. Contact [email protected] for questions or requests concerning previously collected data.

Optional Meta advertising

Meta Pixel and Conversions API start only after you choose Accept & continue, or enable Meta advertising and save your choices in Settings. Analytics and advertising can be managed separately in Settings. Meta receives pseudonymous browser identifiers and browser device information, public page visits, product IDs, cart and checkout activity, and confirmed purchase amounts and event references to measure ads and support personalized advertising. We do not send names, emails, addresses, payment fields, search text or private page URLs through this integration.

The _fbp and _fbc cookies support browser identification and ad-click attribution for up to 90 days. When you save an advertising choice, acceptance is remembered for 360 days and refusal for 30 days. You can withdraw it in Privacy preferences; this stops future advertising collection and removes these cookies. Meta may process data outside your country. Its privacy policy explains its processing, retention and your rights.
