01 · The picture
Somewhere on your phone is the walk after Christmas lunch, Granny hanging the last bauble, everyone squeezed around the table with the good glasses out. Photos like these are looked at once and scrolled past.
Choose four: one from each household, or four Christmases in a row. Upload them and the studio places them in the grid, and tells you straight away if one is too small to print sharply.
02 · The scarf
Put “Merry Christmas” and the family name in the medallion. Choose a deep red, a forest green or ivory, and lettering from formal capitals to handwriting. You see the whole scarf change as you go.
When you order, our designer checks every picture, adjusts the colour for silk and emails you a proof within 1–2 business days. Nothing is printed until you say yes.
03 · The moment
Ordered by the dates above, it arrives before Christmas in a gift box with ribbon, with your message printed on a card. Send it to yourself to wrap, or straight to Granny.
Of everything under the tree, it is the one present with everybody in it. It comes out again every winter after, and it is the only one of its kind.
In the four-photo layout each picture fills a square. Photos where the faces sit near the centre crop best, and the designer checks every crop on the proof.
The order-by dates count one business day for your reply. Approve the proof as soon as it arrives to keep your place in production.

The dates at the top of this page are the last days to order for delivery by 24 December. They allow for the proof, one day for your reply, production and 5–7 business days of shipping, all at their slowest. Rush production saves about two weeks.

You can still order. Print the digital proof and put it in a card on the day, and the scarf follows in January.
JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or SVG, up to 40 MB, uploaded in the studio. It shows you how sharp the picture will print. For Illustrator or Photoshop files, export a PNG at the largest size you have.
Yes. If you send reference pictures, our designer makes the design free of charge. If you only have an idea, we tell you the design fee first.
Yes. Copy a design and change the name, or start a new one, then choose how many scarves get each design. Every scarf in the order counts towards the quantity discount.
Silk takes colour a little softer and warmer than a bright screen. Our designer adjusts your file for silk before the preview.
Standard production takes 12–18 business days after you approve the preview, and Rush takes 7–9. Allow extra time for shipping.
Your browser prepares each picture before it leaves your device: it keeps the image and removes location and camera details. They are stored privately and used only to make your scarf. If you don't order, they are deleted within 7 days. After your order ships, we delete the full-size pictures after 90 days and keep a small preview of your design.
Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, which is why we send a preview first.
