Before you order
Is 90 cm too big to wear at the neck?
No. Folded into a band it loops around the neck with long ends. It is our size for photos and artwork because so much of the print shows.
How big is it folded into a triangle?
The long side is about 127 cm: enough to tie under the chin or knot over the shoulders.
What resolution does my picture need?
About 150 pixels per inch at the printed size: roughly 5,300 pixels across. The studio shows the print quality as you place it.
What files can I send?
JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or SVG, up to 40 MB, uploaded in the studio. It shows you how sharp the picture will print. For Illustrator or Photoshop files, export a PNG at the largest size you have.
I don't have artwork. Can you design it?
Yes. If you send reference pictures, our designer makes the design free of charge. If you only have an idea, we tell you the design fee first.
Can each scarf have a different design?
Yes. Copy a design and change the name, or start a new one, then choose how many scarves get each design. Every scarf in the order counts towards the quantity discount.
Will the colours match my screen?
Silk takes colour a little softer and warmer than a bright screen. Our designer adjusts your file for silk before the preview.
How long does it take?
Standard production takes 12–18 business days after you approve the preview, and Rush takes 7–9. Allow extra time for shipping.
What happens to my photos?
Your browser prepares each picture before it leaves your device: it keeps the image and removes location and camera details. They are stored privately and used only to make your scarf. If you don't order, they are deleted within 7 days. After your order ships, we delete the full-size pictures after 90 days and keep a small preview of your design.
Can I return a custom scarf?
Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, which is why we send a preview first.
